Wisconsin Sprint Car Championships Weekend
The Wisconsin Sprint Car Championships are set for the Plymouth Dirt Track, Friday & Saturday, Sept 28-29. Friday features the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series, and the AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprint Series in full shows. On Saturday the. Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series and AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints will be joined by the PDTR/MSA 360 winged Sprints, and the WIMS Mini Sprints. It’s championship night for all competing groups! Hot Laps start at 6 Fri, 5 on Saturday. Jake Blackhurst and Scotty Thiel have a great point battle going on in the IRA winged 410 division. Tim Cox hopes to hold off Doug Schenck in the wingLESS class. Gonna be one of the biggest sprint weekends in WI history. On the 410 side, see IRA’s best take on Tony Stewart, Sammy Swindell, and more as IRA tries to defend their home turf. $3000 to win Fri, $6000 for the Roy Fenske Christmas in September special on Sat. It’s rounds 4-5 of the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown, plus the Rocky Rococo Pizza Challenge which has a weekend point fund attached, so even more money up for grabs so it’s possible for one 410 driver to earn $9500 this weekend with IRA.
