Beaver Dam Raceway April 20th Information

Our 2019 WI season opener is this Saturday at Beaver Dam Raceway, it's the annual Wipperfurth Memorial featuring the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints, AutoMeter WI wingLESS Sprints presented by Gandrud Chevrolet Performance Parts, and the Badger Midgets. A great trio. We ask that our IRA teams arrive early. Teams will be allowed to enter the pits early. We have membership cards to get out to many yet, rule books, respective series decals to get handed out at pill draw, transponders to register, safety tech, etc to get done before the driver's meetings. Pits will be open for entry early afternoon, then everyone will be shagged out at approx 3 to sign in. We request teams to show up prepared, and early if at all possible. We know the pit gate backs up there. wingLESS driver's meeting will be at 4:40, wings 4:50. Engine warm ups are at 5:10 for both groups, with hot laps for wings beginning at 5:30. wingLESS combined hot lap/group qualifying will follow, then wing qualifying (want to try 2 car) will be up next, followed by Midget combined hot lap/group qualifying. Looking forward to going green with our traditional WI opener. Wing teams remember mufflers are required. See everyone in Beaver Dam Saturday.
