Plymouth's Glimmer has Past
Not the past few weeks we hoped for, but following the understandable All Star weekend cancellation, we hoped the forecast would improve so we could salvage a Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series and MSA/PDTR show at Plymouth Saturday instead. But the forecast has not improved, so no sense holding everyone hostage. Unseasonably cold temps combined with rain forecast percentages of 80% tomorrow night in the Plymouth area are enough to complete the weekend cancellation unfortunately. We are extremely disappointed as so much effort was put forth in hopes of bringing the biggest open wheel weekend ever in WI to our fans and racers. We are working on trying to figure out rain date possibilities best we can. So we move forward to next weekend, Round 1 of the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown at Beaver Dam Raceway Saturday, and then we conclude our Memorial Day weekend at 141 Speedway Sunday.
