BIG NEWS JUST ANNOUNCED REGARDING THE IRA & WILMOT RACEWAY!!! The Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints have been a racing fixture for years during the Kenosha County Fair at Wilmot Raceway. While there won't be a Fair this year due to COVID, racing has proved that it can still go on in safe manner, so racing at Wilmot will go on as it has since opening in June. And what would have been the Kenosha County Fair races, will go on, and in a very exciting way. Wilmot Raceway and the IRA are proud to announce a spectacular 2-day race weekend August 21-22, and it's BIG! Friday, Aug 21st will have the Ollies Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions joining the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series, in a make up date for their originally scheduled May 29th Wilmot date. The Wilmot weekend gets even better, as Saturday Aug 22nd has the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints hosting the annual Roger Iles Tribute race, the $3600 to win, $360 to start, 36 lap spectacular which is one of the gems on the IRA schedule. Tickets for both nights will go on sale early next week, please watch for a upcoming ticket announcement. While the 2-days have been on the Wilmot schedule all along, the addition of the All Stars on Friday makes this weekend one of the best anywhere for sprint car fans. Sprint Car Fans Rejoice, 2 big days of winged 410 Sprint Car racing. Friday brings the IRA and All Stars together again, coming off a highly successful SOLD OUT event on July 30th in Plymouth, this duo puts the touring All Stars up against the best of our region in what will be a true Wilmot Sprint Car Showdown. Then Saturday, the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints will contest their annual Roger Iles Tribute special and the AutoMeter WI wingLESS Sprints will join in on the fun Saturday with their Bill Grogan Memorial special. The IRA Lightning Sprints and Bandits are also on the Saturday card. This will be the biggest Sprint Car weekend ever contested at Wilmot, don't miss this one, and guarantee yourself a self a seat by purchasing a advance ticket, watch for ticket announcement coming soon.
