Beaver Dam - April 26th: Competitor Information

Just as a heads up to those coming to run with us at Beaver Dam Raceway Saturday. First, we are honored to sanction the inaugural Glenn Hepfner Memorial! Special thanks to HRP-Hepfner Racing Products and everyone for making it happen. This race is even more special for us as it’s Round 1 of the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown, our series within a series.

Teams, please remember that IRA has a 1 1/2” top wing wickerbill maximum this year, and we will have some available in our trailer if anyone needs.

Regarding fuel, there will NOT be any at the track, however if anyone is in dire need, there is a parts store in Beaver Dam; GearHeads at 1235 Madison St in Beaver Dam (920) 210-0103 that sells methanol and is open until 2:30PM.

Mufflers are required. Current World of Outlaws/Knoxville Schoenfeld 14272735-78 or older Schoenfeld 112535 are our only legal mufflers in 2025.

There is a slightly earlier than usual start; pit gates will open at 1PM and we ask that team’s draw and register at the IRA trailer prior to 4:00, with driver’s meeting to follow shortly thereafter. IRA member teams that have purchased memberships can pick up their cards prior to purchasing their pit passes as well and we'll have someone set up outside the pit shack handing them out. For non-members or teams that have yet to purchase memberships, bring your tax information with you to pill draw as we must have that prior to your team being paid. You do not have to be a member to participate.

Remember to charge your transponders and bring them and your pouches and provide us your transponder number at draw. We'll have transponders available for rent for those who don’t have their own but only have a limited number of pouches. Teams are highly recommended to have their own pouch. We can utilize either yellow Westhold, or red AMB transponders.

Fire suppression bottles are highly recommended but not mandatory until June 1, with a one weekend exemption for non-members.

This event is $4000 to win, $400 to start, 24 car A Main. When drawing, take a peek at what our safety team has new for this season, we're really proud of this group. Look forward to seeing everyone Saturday!
