High Stakes for IRA Outlaw Sprints as Second Half Kicks Off

The Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints go into the annual Knoxville Nationals break strong, with solid car counts providing outstanding on track action. Only 59 points separate 2nd from 8th with over half the season to go. YES that's right, while most tracks and series are winding down, IRA still has the largest part of their schedule yet to come! We have some great traditional events, plus some new ones that's gonna make our 2nd half even better than our first!

Our remaining schedule is as follows....
Aug 16 Wilmot Raceway - Kenosha Co Fair
Aug 17 Angell Park Speedway - CornFest
Aug 23 LaSalle Speedway - Bill Waite Jr Memorial
Aug 29 Plymouth Dirt Track - Sheboygan Co Fair / Hopf Farms Showdown
Aug 30 Beaver Dam Raceway - Wipperfurth Memorial
Aug 31 The Hill - 2nd annual Door Co Open Wheel Special
Sep 5-6 Cedar Lake Speedway - 25th annual Jerry Richert Memorial
Sep 12 Wilmot Raceway - Fall Festival
Sep 13 141 Speedway - Wittkopf Memorial
Sep 14 TBA ?
Sep 19-20 Jackson Motorplex - Bank Midwest Jackson Nationals
Sep 27 Plymouth Dirt Track - WI Sprint Championships / Rick Schmidt

What's really cool is that these are EVENTS, and nearly all are open wheel based. The AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints powered by Gandrud share the card 8/16, 8/23, 8/31, 9/5-6, 9/27. Badger Midgets 8/17, IRA Lightning Sprints 8/16, 8/30, 9/27, NOSA/MSTS 9/19-20, MSA 8/29, 8/30, 9/27.

Blake Nimee heads the point chase, and Hopf Farms mini-series after the first half putting his #79 on the podium several times. Race winners have been defending IRA Champ Scotty Thiel 3, Joel Meyers Jr 2, Jake Neuman, Jake Blackhurst, Paul Nienhiser, Travis Arenz, Tim Shaffer, Kelby Watt, Max Guilford, and Jordan Goldesberry.

We're set up at Knoxville, so stop by and see us......
