Thram battles for top-five at Clay County; All eyes on Jackson Nationals
Christopher Thram's visit to Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa, was stat-worthy, to say the least, not only concluding the Midwest Sprint Touring Series (MSTS) program with a top-five result, but it was forward progress that sealed the deal, climbing ahead from seventh to finish fourth. For Thram, the top-five was his sixth of the 2025 season, simultaneously increasing his top-ten count to 13.
With Clay County's visit officially in the books, the Sanborn, Minnesota, native will now turn his focus back to his home state, ready to take on IRA Outlaw Sprint Series in the two-day Jackson Nationals at Jackson Motorplex in Jackson, Minnesota, on Friday and Saturday, September 19-20. Thram owns one top-five at Jackson already this season, that a fourth-place finish on Friday, July 11.
